So hows it going people? Raya been good to you? Anything good happening? Please do share them in here if you dont mind.
As for me, Raya is still just ok. Meeting friends and relatives is nothing new, I guess its just the mood and the dressing-up part that makes Raya a lil bit special. Oh did you guys catch that Rumah Terbuka AF2? Well when it first aired, 10am 2nd day of Raya, I was busy getting ready as it was Rumah Terbuka at my place too! So I was watching on & off. My 1st impression was that its better that last years AF1's. And by the time I got to see it again on VCD, my 1st impression was totally correct. Ooops! did I said I have it on VCD? Hehehe... Yeah it came out the next day, 3rd Raya and was selling for B$3.
Anyway, the sketsa in between the songs was quite enjoyable - with Aznil around it aint no suprise. The best performance that stands out for me was the part where Nurul & Zarina sang that Siti Nurhaliza & Noraniza Idris number. Those girls can really give those pros a run for their money. Everyone else was superb too. Seeing them all brings flashback to the times that I had with them. I couldnt help but smile thinking about how wonderful they all are. And just incase any one of you AF2 guys are reading, I'd like to say thank you for the good times. All of us welfare guys/gals really missed having you guys around.
I also managed to catch Zahid, Farah & Fitri on that Berhari Raya with Reality Show or something like that lah on RTM1. I caught it too late though, I think the show was bout 3/4 gone already but atleast I managed to see Zahid & Farah performing a Raya number. And then there was also that Casa Impian episode where Eric & Camelia help transform the AF2 ladies "hostel" into a retro looking pad, as you can see below.

It was quite fun show, they were all having fun indeed. I wonder if they are gonna do the guys "hostel" too. Ok I guess thats all I have to say for now. I'll blog again soon.
